My name is Mike Maniaci
​I started HireShift Solutions to move the conversation about Organizational Culture, Employee Experience, and Recruiting away from game playing and obfuscation towards transparency and alignment.

My Story
My career began in software documentation and technical training, but within a few years, I found myself managing a team of people, some of whom were more than twice my age. From that point forward, my career has been dedicated to learning about what makes a successful employer-employee partnership.

Whether it was learning what motivated my team, working with companies to learn what they were looking to find in potential employees, or speaking with job seekers about their experiences and career goals, my focus was on learning what moves the needle in hiring.

What I've learned is that transparency wins. Successful organizations know who succeeds in their environment, what they need to sustain and grow their culture, and what is most important to their employees. They focus their recruiting on finding and engaging those people, not on gathering applicants, making recruiting more efficient and effective. I'd love to help you and your team do the same
